Cracking-Up the Capital, Ottawas largest comedy festival runs February 5th-8th, 2014 in our nations capital. We are bringing Canadas best comics together for 4 days of laughter, to help melt those winter blues away! Cracking-Up the Capital supports several mental health organizations in our community.
